A study on the entrepreneurial factor system with AHP method

This paper aims to construct the factors system of college students' entrepreneurship. It analyzes the important factors that college students should pay attention to in their entrepreneurial period, before helping them more successfully achieve their goal. The top of the pyramid is factors system, the target layer. The second level,the criteria layer, are the main influence factors，which are described as personal ability, environment factors and financial factors. For example, the personal ability has six sub-factors such as anagement ability, social skills, commitment ability, assessment ability，opportunity identification ability and executive ability. The environment factor includes policies, suitable project, social trend, culture and business infrastructure. The financial factors can divide into deposits, family investment, informal funding, bank debt,and venture capital. They are indicators, the third layer. Then judgment matrix built by expert provides a feasible and efficient way to calculate every weights. And the weights that are proved by Consistency test have good reliability.
